Healing Back Pain Through Movement
One of the most important things that people with back pain can do is stay as physically active as possible in daily life and exercise regularly.
It is often a challenge to stay active if you are in pain, and some people are even scared of moving too much. However, not moving can lead to a weakened core, make the pain worse over the long term, and lead to other health problems.
Motion is the answer!
In this interactive virtual event, Alexis Pistone, Physical Therapist and Clinical Director of IVYREHAB, will guide you in preparing your body for motion and enhancing your quality of life. Alexis will demonstrate easy-to-follow gentle movements where you will learn how to relieve the pain and improve your overall fitness and mobility. Moving properly will help you lubricate your joints, reduce inflammation, invigorate your muscles, and protect your spine.
Please join Alexis Pistone and learn how to heal back pain through movement. You can avoid unnecessary drugs or surgery, improve your body’s biomechanics, and prevent the build-up of scar tissue from inflammation and injury.
